This cover was designed for Sir András Schiff’s book, titled Music Comes from Silence. He is a Hungarian-born British musician, classical pianist and conductor. "We can say that music basically comes from the soul," says András Schiff, who told Martin Meyer, a former columnist of Neue Zürcher Zeitung, about beginnings, teaching, and interpreting. Schiff, as a guide, accompanies the reader to the oeuvre of the greatest composers of music history, remembers his masters, and also warns that a country has a future only if it does not forget its past.
