PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Story of Pasta and How to Cook it is a book of pasta history, lore and recipes intended for culinarily adventurous (or not) children and their parents. It features stories about the origins of pasta shapes and their names, in a witty (and sometimes goofy) tone. The goal was to make a book that was as engaging to hold, look at and read, as it was to use as a guide for making and cooking pasta.
